We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Yes — within the first 2 hours. Send us a mail at thehappybaracove@gmail.comwith your order number and the change you need. After the 2-hour window, your parcel may already be in fulfillment and cannot be modified.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Q3 · Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to 60+ countries, including the US, Canada, UK, EU, Australia and most of Latin America.Q4 · How long does shipping take?
Once shipped, you can expect your package to arrive in 4–8 business days.
For the US, UK and most EU countries, orders under the de-minimis threshold rarely incur extra fees. In Latin America, local taxes may apply. Any import duty is the buyer’s responsibility. If in doubt, contact your local customs office before ordering. -
🔄 Returns, Refunds & Warranty
Q6 · What is your return policy?
You may return any unused item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Contact us for an RMA number; items must be in original condition with all accessories.Q7 · My item arrived damaged—what now?
Email a photo of the damage and your order number to thehappybaracove@gmail.com within 7 days. We’ll send a cost-free replacement or issue a refund. -
📦 Tracking & Missing Parcels
Q8 · Where is my tracking number?
An automated email with tracking details is sent once your item ships. Can’t find it? Check your spam folder or log in to My Account → Orders.Q9 · Tracking hasn’t updated in days—should I worry?
Occasional scan gaps (especially during international transit) are normal. If no update appears for 7 consecutive days, let us know and we’ll open an investigation. -
